Items may be returned only if they have not been used and are in the same condition as at the point of receiving the item. Any return must be sent back in the original packaging.
All returns must be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving your returned item, we will send you a notification via email after an inspection. The notification will inform you of whether the request for returning your item is approved.
When a return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original method of payment such as a credit card. Expect 15 business days upon receiving the item, based on the tracking information.
In case of late or missing refunds:
Please check your bank account or contact your credit card company before inquiries about a refund.
Credit card companies often do not reflect returns immediately upon request of the vendor, and banks usually take some time to process a refund request.

Any extra costs associated with sales such as VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. are to be paid for by the customer. We do not collect such fees prior to shipping, and we cannot provide an estimate, as amount charged varies around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research so that you understand the additional costs on the receiving end to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs.
